Women's Soccer Finish Strong on Sophomore Day

The Hartnell Women's Soccer team defeated visiting DeAnza on Friday afternoon 9-1. After a couple road games where the team didn't play their best they came home to find their groove. On "sophomore day", where Head Coach Ivan Guerrero recognized all of his second year players as they played their last home game, the ladies played a complete game. With one more game to go in the regular season, this year's team is leaving it all on the field.

The sophomores recognized before today's game were Heidi Vasquez, Jada Ware, Fabiola Pacheco, Julissa Quintana, Lexi Retamoza, Joanna Martinez, and Karina Briseno. 

Their last regular season game, will be Friday Nov. 15 at West Valley. Game kicks off at 3 p.m.
