Las Positas men rise the the challenge with road draw

The Las Positas men's soccer team earned a very respectable draw on the road against a strong De Anza, 2-2, on Tuesday.

Adolfo Trujillo and Saul Gutierrez both had a goal and an assist in the first half for the Hawks (10-4-3).
"We took a step forward today, and earned a result on the road against a very good team," Hawks coach Andy Cumbo said. "We are still making progress and we still have room to improve as we look to close out this final third of the year."
Garrett Aslup had a strong performance in goal for Las Positas.
De Anza leads the Coast-South at 9-1-4 overall and 4-0-3 in conference, while Las Positas is third in the Coast-North at 3-3-2.
