The West Valley women's water polo team clinched its second-consecutive regular season Coast Conference title with a 22-2 win over City College of San Francisco Friday in Saratoga. The win, combined with Merced's 12-8 loss at Foothill, gave the Vikings (16-5, 7-0 Coast) a two-game league lead with one game left. Alexandra Ruzsa paced the stat sheet with a game-high five goals. Sierra Ceballos had four goals and a pair of assists, while Maryam Khatoon notched two goals and three assists, and Alexis Goldin recorded two scores and a helper. West Valley closes out the regular season Wednesday (10/24) at Ohlone (7-5, 4-2). The ball drops at 3:00pm.
