On Saturday, the Hornets won both of their games defeating San Joaquin Delta 13-4 and stunning No. 6 Sierra 7-5. The Wolverines made their move in the third quarter outscoring Fullerton 2-0, but it was not enough to get back in it as the Hornet defense withstood the opponent's last-ditch effort in the fourth quarter.
