The West Valley men's water polo team took a pair of games to open the San Joaquin Delta Invitational Friday in Stockton. The Vikings (8-3, 1-0 Coast) took care of Cuesta 13-9 in the morning opener behind a game-high five goals from Misael Andino and three from Jafet Hernandez. Xavier Domingo found the back of the net nine times to lead WVC past Sierra 16-11 in game two, while Andino contributed three goals and four assists. The tournament concludes Saturday.
